BRUSSEL SPROUTS!

Ever wondered how to make brussel sprout curry? No neither has anyone, so here's how:

Ingredients:
   1. 2 medium sized Onions cut into small pieces
   2. 3 Tomatoes cut into small pieces
   3. 4 Green Chillies, sliced
   4. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
   5. Coriander powder 1 tsp
   6. Jeera powder or seeds 1 tsp
   7. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
   8. Brussel Sprouts (looks like tiny cabbages) 10 to 12 numbers . Cut the head a little and slit into two pieces. If sprouts are    bigger than lemon size, make three pieces.
   9. Salt to taste
   10. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
   11. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

Method:
   1.Add oil in the cooking pan, crackle mustard seeds
   2.Add onions to it and fry till golden brown
   3.Add the cut tomatoes and chillies and cook for 5 mins
   4.Add the brussel sprouts and all the other ingredients. (coriander powder, jeera, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and  garam masala)
   5.Pour a tbsp oil on top, stir well, simmer and close with a lid. Check in between to see if the sprouts are cooked. When done... it is ready to be served with Rice or Chapattis.
